Regulatory position
The advocates of the firm are enrolled with the Bar Council of Karnataka and are subject to the Advocates Act, 1961, the Bar Council of India Rules, and the Standards of Professional Conduct and Etiquette made under Section 49(1)(c) of that Act.
The professional title of advocate is granted in India. Complaints about professional conduct may be made to the Bar Council of Karnataka.
Scope of practice
The firm advises on Indian law only. Where a matter involves the law of another country, we work with qualified counsel in that jurisdiction and will tell you when we are doing so.
